Imagine streets as gardens without cars, trucks, and buses. Underground trains take us where we need to go.
Imagine rooftops mainly solar with battery-powered air taxi landing zones for those in a hurry.
Imagine cities connected by electric-powered high-speed rail replacing almost all fossil fuel-powered aircraft.
Imagine ocean cargo transported by wind-powered ships with passengers transported through underwater tunnels on high-speed rail.
Imagine a world with clean water, breathable air, and clear skies.
Imagine a power grid that sources most energy from the sun and the earth’s internal heat.
Imagine a world where streets, highways, parking lots, and airports become gardens.
Imagine a world where animals have the same rights as humans and are no longer butchered, experimented on, and oppressed.
Imagine a world without war where everyone has enough food, shelter, and medical attention.
I’m sure my thoughts were inspired and influenced by John Lennon. I suspect his voice drifted to me from my first hearing fifty years ago.
Imagine there’s no heaven
It’s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us, only sky
